By accessing My RiftDex and creating an account, you accept these terms of use.

1. Purpose of the service

My RiftDex is a free tool to track a Riftbound card collection, manage decks, follow indicative prices and interact with other users (friends, player-to-player trades). The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of availability or data accuracy (in particular prices, which are indicative only).

2. User account

Creating an account requires a valid email address and a username. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate anyone.

3. Content and behavior

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, not to choose an offensive, misleading or infringing username, and not to attempt to disrupt the operation of the site. The publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that does not comply with these rules.

4. Data and privacy

The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you accept its terms.

5. User-to-user trading space

My RiftDex offers a trading space (“I trade / I'm looking for”) that lets users list the cards they want to trade or look for, get in touch and organize via an internal messaging system. My RiftDex acts solely as a technical intermediary connecting users. The publisher is not a party to the trades: it handles no payment, no shipping, no card handover, and no escrow or guarantee mechanism. No financial transaction takes place on the platform. Trades are agreed and carried out between users, under their sole and entire responsibility, off-platform. The publisher does not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the actual condition of cards, or the good faith or solvency of users, and cannot be held liable for any dispute, non-delivery, scam or harm arising from a trade. You agree to use the messaging fairly (no harassment, spam, illegal content or abusive solicitation) and to trade only cards you actually own. It is up to you to take the necessary precautions (verification, tracked shipping, etc.). The publisher reserves the right to remove a listing and suspend any account in case of abuse.

6. Liability

As the service is free and provided “as is”, the publisher cannot be held liable for any damage related to its use, service interruption, data loss or inaccuracy of displayed information (prices, statistics). Purchase or trade decisions are your sole responsibility.

7. Termination and changes

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. The publisher may modify the service or these terms; significant changes will be announced on the site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
